A short CV, maximum 2 pages in length, including the following topics must be sent to rnaseq@ab3c.org:
 
- Personal/Research Statement (short description of career, objectives and how the course will be helpful)
- Education
- Experience
- Skills (Statistical Analysis, Programming, Scripting Languages, R and BioConductor, Previous Experience with Microarrays, Previous Experience with RNA-Seq), including level of expertise
- Summary of current research project
- Selected Publications (Top 3)
- Abstract of flashlight talk (one paragraph)
 
Applications will be analyzed on the fly. Submit your application soon to guarantee your place!
 
Successful applicants will be notified by e-mail and will then be asked to pay the course fee.
 
Registration Fee

1st round: applications received until September 15th.
Fee: R$ 2,000

2nd round: applications received starting from Semptember 15th.
Fee: R$ 1,600
 

Registration fee includes accommodation and meals in the Park Hotel (October 27th, 2013 - November 2nd, 2013). Please note there will be no lunch on October 27th and no dinner on November 2nd included in the fee.
