Instructions for Software Demonstration submission
|SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL HERE||SUBMISSION GUIDELINES|
You may apply your developed software for a brief demonstration during the X-meeting. To do so, please make sure you meet all the requirements below:
- The software is open source or freely distributed;
The download site or web platform is up and running.
If your answer is yes to all requirements above, you are eligible for this year's Software Demonstration. To submit your proposal you will need to prepare:
A description of the software functionality up to 500 words containing:
Name of presenter(s) (up to two people);
Link to the software original publication, web site or repository.
A short video demonstration highlighting the most important features (to be submitted after the acceptance).
The video will be available to all participants during the event, and you will have a dedicated chat room to be in contact with interested users.
Submitting your proposal for Software Demonstration automatically enables you for Xpress presentation, you do not need to duplicate your submission. But Xpress presentation submission DOES NOT enable you for Software Demonstration.
Keep in mind that you will be on a social environment so, please build your presentation following the good sense and common awareness avoiding offensive un-ethical statements during your presentation.
