O X-meeting será no Campus da indústria da FIEP. O complexo abre às 7:30 da manhã e as atividades do X-meeting / BSB ocorrem a partir das 8:30. Devido ao trânsito sempre programe sua chegada para uns 15 minutos antes do início das atividades. Campus da Indústria - FIEP

Venue

The X-meeting will take place at the Industry Campus of FIEP. The complex opens at 7:30 am and the X-meeting / BSB activities start at 8:30 am. Due to the traffic always plan to arrive about 15 minutes before the start of the activities. Campus da Indústria - FIEP

Transporte

Teremos uma linha de van ligando os hotéis oficiais e o Campus da FIEP. Este transporte pode ser usado por qualquer pessoa inscrita no evento, mas, tem como prioridade o transporte dos palestrantes e comissão organizadora. Fique de olho, pois, talvez tenhamos outro sistema de transporte mais ágil e com maior capacidade de transporte. O sistema de taxi ou transporte de aplicativos funcionam muito bem em Curitiba.

Se você for de carro, teremos um estacionamento gratuito no campus da FIEP para todos os inscritos.

Temos um procedimento diferenciado para estes casos, que inclui entrada de carro pela garagem e acesso privativo ao elevadores do centro de convenções.

Transport

We will have a van line connecting the official hotels and the FIEP Campus. This transport can be used by anyone registered in the event, but has as priority the transport of the speakers and organizing committee. Keep an eye out, because we may have another transportation system with more agility and capacity. The taxi system or transport applications work very well in Curitiba.

If you are driving, we have a free car park at the FIEP campus for all registrants.

We have a differentiated procedure for these cases, which includes the car entrance through the garage and private access to the lifts of the convention centre.

Refeições

Qualquer pessoa inscrita no X-meeting / BSB pode usar o restaurante ou a cafeteria do Campus da Industria da FIEP. O almoço é no sistema buffet por quilo (R$ 53,90/kilo). Devido ao número de participantes é solicitado que você programe seu almoço das 12:30 às 14:00. Antes deste período evite ir em grupos muito grande de pessoas, pois, temos outros eventos ocorrendo e escolas e empresas dentro do Campus que utilizam o mesmo restaurante. A cafeteria funciona de 7:30 às 20:00 e pode ser usada por todos os inscritos. 
É permitido a entrega de comida por aplicativo, inclusive teremos sorteios de alguns cupons para você usar no iFOOD.

Meals

Anyone registered at X-meeting / BSB can use the restaurant or cafeteria of the FIEP Industry Campus. Lunch is buffet by weight (R$ 53,90/kilo). Due to the number of participants it is requested that you schedule your lunch from 12:30 to 14:00. Before this time, please avoid large groups of people, as there are other events taking place and schools and companies within the campus that use the same restaurant. The cafeteria is open from 7:30am to 8pm and can be used by all registrants. 
It is allowed the delivery of food by application, including we will have drawings of some coupons for you to use in iFOOD.

Viagem

Tenha em mãos o endereço de onde você vai se hospedar, isso facilita muito na chegada e transporte;
Caso você chegue de avião o aeroporto Afonso Pena dispõe de empresas de aluguel de carro e guichês de taxi . Evite pegar taxis clandestinos ou aceite ofertas de transporte barato oferecido por pessoas no saguão do aeroporto.

Se você está vindo de ônibus, a rodoviária de Curitiba (https://rodoviariacuritiba.com.br/) tem serviço de taxis 24 horas por dia.

Travel

Keep the address of where you will be staying in hand, this makes arrival and transport much easier;
If you are arriving by plane, Afonso Pena Airport has car rental companies and taxi booths. Avoid taking clandestine taxis or accepting offers of cheap transport offered by people in the airport lobby.

If you are coming by bus, Curitiba bus station (https://rodoviariacuritiba.com.br/) has 24-hour taxi service.

Clima

Curitiba é famosa pelo clima frio e úmido e durante no X-Meeting / BSB não será diferente. Está previsto mínimas de 9°C e uma alta probabilidade de chuva.

Weather

Curitiba is famous for its cold and humid weather and during the X-Meeting / BSB it will be no different. It is forecasted minimum 9°C and a high probability of rain.
In case of cold weather try to wear a few layers of clothing, avoid wearing just a heavy coat. Don't forget to bring a cap or scarf to protect yourself from the cold wind during the departure from the FIEP campus building.

Festa

Devido às previsões de baixas temperaturas e vento tivemos que cancelar o X-arraiá. Teremos a já tradicional X-party com a mesma alegria e diversão. 
Cada convite dá direito ao rodízio de pizza a noite toda e a 4 bebidas. Se você quiser mais bebida poderá comprar diretamente no bar.
A festa será na Associação dos Servidores da Universidade Federal do Paraná - ASUFEPAR localizada no endereço: Rua Carlos Pradi, 18 - Jardim das Américas, Curitiba - PR, 82590-300 das 20:00 à 01:00. 
O local é bem perto do Campus da FIEP, é sugerido que você se programe para sair direto da apresentação de posters para a festa.
Mesmo sendo um local fechado é indicado que você leve uma roupa mais quente para a chegada e saída do local.
Por enquanto não temos transporte oficial entre a FIEP e o local da Festa, mas, fique de olho nesta página para saber as novidades sobre isso.

Party

Due to low temperatures and wind we had to cancel the X-arraiá. We will have the already traditional X-party with the same joy and fun. 
Each invitation entitles you to a pizza all night and 4 drinks. If you want more drinks, you can buy them directly at the bar.
The party will take place at the Associação dos Servidores da Universidade Federal do Paraná - ASUFEPAR located at: Rua Carlos Pradi, 18 - Jardim das Américas, Curitiba - PR, 82590-300 from 20:00 to 01:00. 
The place is very close to the FIEP Campus, it is suggested that you plan to leave directly from the poster presentation to the party.
Even though it is a closed venue it is recommended that you bring warm clothes for your arrival and departure.
For now we don't have official transportation between FIEP and the party, but, keep an eye on this page to know the news about it.

Montagem e produção dos posters

Please follow these sizing guidelines. The finished piece needs to be between 100 and 130 cm in height and 90 cm in width. Let your imagination run wild; there is no predefined layout.  You may visit Official name and logo usage for more information and to download high resolution of the X-meeting art logo.
